Close on the heels of the state government felicitation wherein Emerson received the Maharashtra IT Award in the IT Hardware category for 2003-04; the company took the lion’s share of the Frost & Sullivan “Voice of Customers Awards” for the Indian UPS Industry. These back to back awards, both from prestigious institutions are a testimonial of Emerson’s commitment and innovation to the IT Industry.

At the recently concluded Frost & Sullivan award ceremony, Emerson Network Power India bagged both the product line and customer service leadership awards in four verticals - telecommunications, hospitals, IT/ITES/data centres and large enterprises. The company also won the customer service leadership award in the banking, insurance, and non banking financial corporation (NBFC) segment.

Emerson’s Network Uptime Solutions are specifically designed to suit various mission critical applications such as mobile and fixed line telecommunications, Network Critical Physical Infrastructures such as Datacenters and Computer Networks, BFSI, and Government and Industrial applications.
