details:
Channel Partner can collect points
against the sale of ITON series
UPS systems 600VA & 1000VA during
the scheme period as per follows:
1 nos ITON 600= 1 Point
1 nos ITON 1000= 4 Points
Bundle I (1ITON 600 + 1ITON 1000)
= 6 Points
Bundle II (3 ITON 600s + 1 ITON
1000) = 9 Points
Terms & conditions:
1) The scheme is valid for purchase
of Liebert ITON range of UPS systems
only.
2) The units have to be purchased
from Emerson authorized distributor
and sub-distributor only.
3) A 'Bundle' would mean a single
invoice of ITON 600 and ITON 1000.
4) The scheme is valid for all your
valid for all your Liebert ITON
purchases done during the period
8/05/2006 to 31/07/2006.
5) All claims have to be submitted
before 14th August 2006 to the redemption
cell. The gifts will be disbursed
by 30th September 2006.
6) The claim is to be accompanied
by the debit note, copy of the scheme
and distributor/sub-distributor
invoice copies. The invoice copies
have to be
submitted on a monthly basis (before
7th of every month).
7) The points can be redeemed against
the gifts only.
8) Scheme valid for only normal
buy price purchases. Any Special
price purchase will not be considered
unless approved by ENPI in prior.
9) Emerson Network Power (India)
Ltd. reserves the right to amend
or withdraw the scheme at any time
without any prior notice.
10) All travel packages mentioned
are ex-Delhi and exclusive of taxes
