Scheme details:
Channel Partner can score runs against
the sale of ITON series UPS systems
600VA & 1000VA during the scheme
period as per follows:
1 nos ITON 600= 1 Run
1 nos ITON 1000= 4 Runs
Bundle (ITON 600 + ITON 1000) =
6 Runs
Terms & conditions:
1. The scheme is valid for purchase
of Liebert ITON range of UPS Systems
only.
2. The units have to be purchased
from Emerson's authorized distributors
& sub-distributors only.
3. A bundle would mean a single
invoice of ITON 600 & ITON 1000.
4. The scheme is valid for all Liebert
ITON purchases done during the period
January 1, 2005 to March 31, 2005.
5. Distributor has to send in the
claims before 15th Apr.., 2006 to
the local Emerson Network Power
Branch.
6. The distributor's claim has to
be accompanied by a debit note,
copy of scheme and distributor/sub-distributor
invoice copies. The invoice copies
are to be
submitted on monthly basis (before
7th of every month).
7. The gifts will be disbursed by
15th May, 2006.
8. Runs can be redeemed against
gifts only.
9. For qualifying for the scheme,
a minimum 25% of points are to be
accumulated every month.
10. Emerson Network Power (India)
Ltd reserves the right to amend
or withdraw the scheme at anytime
without any prior notice
11. All the travel packages mentioned
are exclusive of taxes and visa
charges
