Emerson announces “ITON Runbhoomi” offer.


Mumbai, January 24, 2006: At the onset of the cricket season, Emerson Network Power (India) Pvt Ltd. today announced the launch of the "ITON Runbhoomi” scheme for its channel partners across India. The ITON Runbhoomi scheme is valid from 1st Jan 2006 to 31st Mar 2006 and is applicable on the sale of 600 VA & 1000 VA ITON series UPS systems. As per the scheme, the channel partners will be entitled to points in the form of runs against the sale of 600VA or 1000VA UPS or both the products combined in a bundle during the scheme period.

For the purpose of this scheme, cities have been classified into 3 separate blocks: Class A city, Class B city and Class C city**. The run scoring rule is different for the partners in each city block. For example, in order to qualify for the Pathan slab, a channel partner in Class A city has to score 15 runs whereas a partner in Class B city has to score 11 runs and a partner in Class C city has to score 8 runs.

Depending on the runs scored, the channel partners qualify for different slabs e.g. Tendulkar, Sehwag, etc. On the basis of the slab achieved at the end of the scheme period, a partner is eligible to choose from gift options which include amongst others a trip for two to Pattaya for 2N/3D, a Sony Home Theatre System Model DAC DX150 and an Acer Laptop Model - 2413 with MS XP Home.

Scheme details:
Channel Partner can score runs against the sale of ITON series UPS systems 600VA & 1000VA during the scheme period as per follows:

1 nos ITON 600= 1 Run
1 nos ITON 1000= 4 Runs
Bundle (ITON 600 + ITON 1000) = 6 Runs

Terms & conditions:
1. The scheme is valid for purchase of Liebert ITON range of UPS Systems only.
2. The units have to be purchased from Emerson's authorized distributors & sub-distributors only.
3. A bundle would mean a single invoice of ITON 600 & ITON 1000.
4. The scheme is valid for all Liebert ITON purchases done during the period January 1, 2005 to March 31, 2005.
5. Distributor has to send in the claims before 15th Apr.., 2006 to the local Emerson Network Power Branch.
6. The distributor's claim has to be accompanied by a debit note, copy of scheme and distributor/sub-distributor invoice copies. The invoice copies are to be
submitted on monthly basis (before 7th of every month).
7. The gifts will be disbursed by 15th May, 2006.
8. Runs can be redeemed against gifts only.
9. For qualifying for the scheme, a minimum 25% of points are to be accumulated every month.
10. Emerson Network Power (India) Ltd reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at anytime without any prior notice
11. All the travel packages mentioned are exclusive of taxes and visa charges
