Emerson network Power launches ‘King is on the prowl’ offer for its Channel Partners


Mumbai, January 20, 2007: : Emerson Network Power (India) Pvt Ltd today announced the ‘King is on the prowl’ offer for its channel partners across India. As a part of this scheme, channel partners can earn attractive incentives on the sale of GXT 2U series 1, 2 & 3 KVA range of Emerson Liebert products. This scheme is valid from January 2007 to March 2007 and partners can gain significant benefits by achieving consistent sales performance across the scheme period.

This scheme is divided into three slabs and each slab has its own benefits. For example, Slab I for 1/3 has 1,2,3 quantity with benefit of 1,2,3% which means if the partner buys 1 unit, the benefit would be 1% on the Dealer Trade Price, for 2 units the benefit would be 2% and so on. Each slab has pickups every quarter and any partner meeting the performance criteria consistently would be entitled for additional Mystery Gift apart from standard % discount as mentioned. For example, a partner consistently achieving 3/3 automatically gets entitled to a mystery gift.

Commenting on this scheme, Mr. Pratik Chube, Corporate Champion, Product Management- Channel, Emerson (India) said, "This scheme is a way to appreciate our partner’s contribution and motivate them. It is a part of our constant endeavor to expand the VAR base in the country and engage with broad partner base for 1,2,3 kVA range. We also hope to introduce more such schemes in the future to recognize our partners’ contribution and help them grow.”

Terms and condition:

  • Only the GXT-2U Series (1, 2, 3 kVA range) of Emerson Liebert are covered under the scheme.
  • Slabs Comprises of Qty and benefits mentioned for respective quantities.
  • For e.g.: Slab I for 1/3 has 1,2,3 qty with benefit of 1,2,3% which means if the customer buys 1 unit then the benefit would be 1% on the DTP, 2 units then the benefit would be 2% and so on.
  • The qty can be of any model mix amongst 123 kVA range of 2U products i.e. customer can purchase any of the models to achieve the slab
  • Any Slab with consistency element would be entitled for a Mystery Gift i.e. any customer doing the slab consistently i.e. 3/3 would be entitled for additional Mystery Gift apart from standard % discount as mentioned
  • No RA would be entertained.
  • The benefit for the 3/3 would be calculated at the end of the scheme for slab III i.e. 7, 8, 9 % benefit would be passed on for all quantities purchased provided the qty exceeds 7 nos consistently. The benefit would be passed post 3rd months i.e. March Purchase.
