Ltd. today announced the launch
of Zip Zap Zoom offer for its channel
partners across India. The
‘scheme is valid from April
2007 to May 2007 and is applicable
on the sale of ITON series (600
VA and 1000 VA) and GXT MT (1, 2
& 3 KVA) UPS systems.
This scheme is divided into three
levels of benefits namely Zip,
Zap and Zoom.I wanted to
bring to your attention certain
aspects mentioned in the story which
are factually incorrect:
Zip
- On purchase 3 units of ITON
series UPS systems, a partner
is entitled for discount of
Rs. 50/unit
- If 3 ITONs
are purchased in a single invoice
the partner is not only entitled
for a benefit of Rs 50/unit
but also for a weekly lucky draw
- Four 4 lucky draws will be
held per month with one winner
in each zone
- Winner is entitled for a 15’’
TFT
Zap
- If a partner bills 20 ITONs
in one single invoice, he will
be entitled for an additional
benefit of Rs 25/ unit taking
the total benefit to Rs 75/ unit
- Under this scheme the partner
is entitled for one assured give
away gift in addition to the lucky
draw
- Incase there is shortage of
stock, the first billing will
be at regular price and the discount
on subsequent billing for the
balanced units will be passed
on
Zoom
- If a partner bills 20 ITONs
in one single invoice & purchases
any one of the 1, 2, 3 kVA Online
UPS (MT Series) in the same invoice
his total benefit will be Rs 175
/unit
- Partner can’t
buy more than 20 ITONs
in the same invoice along with
the online UPS to avail this benefit
- Under this scheme the partner
will be entitled for an assured
give away and a Special ZOOM Monthly
lucky draw
- There will be 4 lucky draws
in a month with one winner in
each zone
- Winner will be entitled for
a branded Laptop

Terms and conditions
- Products covered under this
scheme: ITON (both 600VA/1000VA)
& GXT MT (1, 2, 3 kVA)
- Only invoicing from Ingram
Micro is considered for these
benefits.
- Disbursement of lucky draw
units will be done before 10th
of the subsequent month
- There is no need for any partner
to file any claims and Ingram
would consider their sales out
data/invoice for the payout.
- For assured giveaways, ENPI
local reps would present it directly
to the dealers based on IMIL sales
out report
- No RA would be entertained
and scheme is void if any partner
RA.s any Invoice from Ingram Micro
- Monthly Draw is applicable
only for Zoom Slab and weekly
is applicable for all (min requirement
is 3 ITON /invoice)
- Max’ Nos. of ITONs that
a partner can buy in a single
invoice is 20 Nos. /invoice to
avail max benefit
- Cases of SPR / Bulk order /
Special customer requests will
not be considered under this scheme
