On-line protection. This
alternative provides the highest levels

Network-wide protection.

Power has used Simple Network Management
Protocol (SNMP) as the standard communications
protocol for its UPSs. Because this standard
defines how UPSs and other devices communicate
over all networks, SNMP capability, in turn,

-- and to do it more “intelligently.”

can log events, continuously monitor power
quality, report on battery status, load,
and temperature, and perform self-management
diagnoses
